Default How to tame your emotions.

As a thinker you are driven by emotions.

Step 1. Accept them.
Step 2. Deny them.
Step 3. Stop being a faggot.
Step 4. Done.

Now use your emotions to drive you.

And stop using your emotions to be a dumb ass.

But if you're going to be a dumb ass at least be funny.

Spoiler:
I was a terrible chef in my past life.

Accepting emotions and that you have them is...well...really damned hard for some people. I always want to figure out why I feel one way or another. I ponder and evaluate until I can put my finger on the reasoning behind my emotions. However, there's a trap in there. Just because you can justify feeling an emotion does not mean you can then let yourself be swept up in that emotion and do something stupid or that you'll regret.

I regret nothing.

Well, the only things I have regretted are in the past, which was not saying things I felt I should have.
