The writer from Oddly Developed Types made a storyline for each type and how they would fare in and after an apocalypse. The majority of Idealists become beings of pure good, Rationals leave/destroy the planet, Guardians hide underground, and the Artisans just have fun. The stories for the types are interesting and funny, and contain references that sometimes only the respective type will get. I'd recommend reading a few. The video below reminds me of what certain Rationals do (robots).

I never said I agreed with the 'kill the INTJs' clause. But that poses a cool question. If you had to get rid of one type, what would it be? I might say ISFJs.
