My band next release is being cooked at TMB laboratories.
This compilation will contain a lot of punk with jazzy like touches here and there.
I'm experimenting with acoustic guitars on top of Electric instruments, also adding pianos, cellos and passing them through different kind of effect pedals.
And just about 20 minutes ago i decided i will cut down the frecuencys of the final product to give it a chill out old school vibe, like old tape study songs beats. At the moment i have 6 songs. I hope i will record at least 10 with big personality each. I hope this long nights after work will reward me nicely when i have the final product. I can't wait, that's why i'm making this post.
The idea for cover art so far is a collage of a head of a horse hanging from the roof with a hook in a chain and it will be bleeding on a flower below it.
Radio station show wasn't that nice but acoustics are always really bad. No reverb not even a line for my guitar and the show was totally oblivious to our groove. I mean, they are a comercial pop station. also we played bad, i'm not a good singer but i care little. they said lyrics were quite cool and they ask us to send a copy of the material when we finished recording it.
But it was kind of a dream come true to sing a song that goes like: "those damn producers want me to pay for sounding in every corner of your neighborhood" in a national radio station even if people never get it.

lyrics i'm writting at the moment for "Not all men are saints"
i'll keep posting my music stuff in this thread now till the end

I have a friend
Who believes in revenge
She wants me to help her burn
Her ex boyfriend's bike
And she whispers at my ears: "let's make it suave"

"While I hide
You steal the keys
Buy gasoline
I will bring the lighter
I'll steal his cat
I want his bones to be
only for me"

I have an ex girlfriend
Sometimes she calls me and asks for advice
On how to prepare the food
That she vomits after
Sticking her fingers down her throat
Sticking her fingers down her throat
I see her tears
As they fall to the ground
She says:
"It's not about the feeling
But the acidity that wears me out"

actually i'm so exited about this project and so focused on it, thinking all the time melodies and coming up with new ideas, like for that song above i just wrote to my actual friend and ask her for a voice message saying: "let's make it suave" in a sexy voice tone.
and i'm so exited that i barely sleep at night, atm it's 3:23 am, tomorrow i go to work and when i go to bed i just keep thinking. I need to take care of my health a bit, need to stop cigarettes and sleep more.
but at the same time this has to be the mode, because you drown yourself in the images that come with the music and they make you generate new imagery that inspires more tones and themes.
i'm more than ever putting effort in my lyrics. i think they are really cool this time. like simple but with punch and jokes and deep meaning. damn, and i have erased so many cool stuff that i might be not patient enough to work in.

She doesn't speak my language
But she says it's ok as long as i get that
Some women are not meant to be tamed
And she comes crying every night
She ask me to give her what she wants and to shut up
War shouldn't even stop
Saints were not born in peace
Nor with their feets in heaven

We are superfluous
When there are plenty of heroes already
Be sincere and step aside
You obstruct those who lead the way

this is a translation from the original one which is in spanish
i'm curious about what you interpret from this, if anything... :D
honestly i didn't put too much thought to it
words kind of came by themselves

This is the song i've working on for a week now, and i have done more in one day than in the whole week. Today i just decided to try a lot of random stuff with effects and orchestra instruments and well i kind of like what it turned out but it's a bit pitty that i had to let it be, seems to be much less challenging, just knowing when it sounds right and composing that way instead of just picking the guitar and coming up with a nice melody. i mean i had a simple base before all of this but still

i replaced the electric guitars which, for some reason, sounded like crap in this song with harpsichords, they are virtual instruments and sound cheap and fake so i said: why not compress the hell out of them and put tons of dirty distortion and some nice old 90s modulation pedal. voila, quite agressive sounding orchestra if u ask me. now, my question is how the fuck i'm supposed to sing melodically above such an overwhelming wall of noise?
no clue

edit: no song yet tho

a small rant, i know i'm probably not saying anything new, it's about people, human relationships are such a waste of time, but i haven't talked about it with anyone and i feel like letting it out.

I find disgusting people Who laugh at what you do just because they feel treatened, i came to the conclusion that it must be envy, this is why.
When i started working on this personal project the intention was to destroy the weak musical scene in the country where i reside most of the time, but underneath that, my basic goal is to feel as if i'm contribuiting to the cultural effervecense of humans, or at least of the country where i live most of the time. To become part of its folklore.
A small goal to achieve before i pass out.
When the material gets criticized by people just by saying things such as: you sound like this famous spanish singer or i cannot understand what you are saying, they are totally missing the point of what i'm delivering. But all of this i could even understand cuz they are not musicians.

Now here's what pissed me off.

- They discovered i apparently use autotune
- They discovered i use a virtual drumset instead of having a drummer playing with me

First accusation: plain bullshit, you have no clue about the recording process, you have no clue about how voice works. They state that my voice when talking doesn't sound like what's recorded, i tried to explain: look, i add some effects such as reverb, equing, compression, i add perhaps some delay and i even tried to explain what each of this elements does. I also said that i'm using a combo of chest and head voice and that in that particular song i recorded at morning, when voice is a bit tad heavier, plus my talking voice is rather quiet compared to the shouting tone everyone here seem to have. They talk as if they were fighting all the time. I wasn't raised in that way so i speak more quietly.
But they simply wouldn't listen. To them i was certainly using autotune.
This is a joke attack, a troll attack.
When i realized, i gave up the discussion.

Second accusation: I don't record with a real drummer, i use a virtual drummer and since it was a demo what i showed to them they realized cuz it wasn't elaborated enough.
Fair enough, i explained them it was a waste of time and work in setting up all the mics and bringing the drumset to my place and asking my real life drummer to learn all the songs before i knew exactly what i wanted from them and from him.
They then came to the conclusion i didn't actually have a real life drummer. Also they literally said, anyone with some good computer can sit down and record songs.
At this point, since they crossed the line and the intention was clearly to put me down, so i showed them a video i had in my phone of my band playing on a rehearsal. I said, here you can here me singing, you cannot hear autotune, you can see two guys playing with me, now what's your complain?
They say, well here you sound a bit more normal.
No shit Sherlock! a video recording from a cheap phone with all the noise of a band playing loud as fuck and no effect on my voice whatsoever.
I just retired without saying anything more cuz it was a waste of time.
How could you say such a stupid thing? anyone can write music? Surely anyone can, but i have been teaching myself how to write stuff and record it even when i didn't have the money to buy the tools i have now to sound decent enough since i was fucking 15. And you came talking about virtual reality?

Now, the whole point of my rant is that:
They don't talk about the music, they simply attack the creator, and that's such a stupid way of trying to balance their position in the battlefield.
This is like saying, you are not born for this, give up. I am honest with myself and i'm living a normal life, boring, coming to work and keeping my public image in a safe place. You should feel ashamed about yourself for pretending to be an artist.
People need to respect the process of try and failure.
Not only the result is admirable, specially when there are so many idiots walking around.
Art is not a joke, at least not to everyone, and it needs more respect.

Of course.
What should i expect from average working people (mostly SJs)? to listen my work two, twice?, give it some thought and then give me credit for what i think i have achieved as a whole?
Imposible. They are too busy with friends and having sex.
I'll keep working to bring them words of authority and shut down their big mouths.

new lyrics for a new song, this one is quite catchy

There is a strange feeling
To be falling more and more
There is a wall that returns me
Every word I throw at it
There is a voice that repeats to me
Do not try to challenge me
There is a sign that betrays it
And then turns against me

There is an infinite choice
Competition against doubt
There are thousands of things to do
And little time to run away
There are thousands of clues against her
And dead cats in my bed
I'm setting the goal
There is no more time for anything else
And this time
It's not you the one who sees it

There is a world to discover
I do not have to leave
I have it here inside of me
There is a world to destroy
Outside and inside of me

I'm awake
Armed backbone
Hours pass
My face changes
And I am still
My owner

BTW SONGS ARE originally IN SPANISH

i like that you try to invent a unique sound.

i also like harmony in music. for instance i dislike math rock. it's not stimulating, its painfull. do you intend to impose harmony on your sounds, in a later production stage?

i wonder if you request the kind of comments that you hate to hear. don't you go around asking for "critique"? perhaps you prefer negative attention over the sense of abandonment that might come with getting no attention.

i would prefer no attention, or rather no feedback, apart from views, likes, donations, sales, etc.

hey man, watsup, missed you here

not sure what you mean by harmony, you mean to sound easier to listen?
i don't like math rock either
and i think even in this early state song already has harmony if by hamorny you mean melody
if by harmony you mean a better production, certainly, i'll work harder on it when i finish recording ideas

what my songs lack, in my view, is a better voice performance, at some parts my singing really sucks but u know, smashing pumpkins didn't make it because of corgan voice... so it shouldn't stop me
but i won't certainly force the beatlesque style, i'll try to keep it in between radio friendly and the white stripes :D
by critique i just wanna test how much potential my stuff has
confirm that i'm not being too protective about it

give me some time, i will show u one which is a bit more "advanced", will post the link here

MMMH me gusta.

Hi people, i've been working the last few days on this video, first clip from the album
The video contains footage of the band playing and some cheap animations that I was too lazy to develop into a more professional form, there is not much meaning to me besides days of no sleeping and working and feeling fucking tired all the time
Hope u like it, if not let me know what u think anyway :)

Don't ever give up on your music, keep pushing forward.

Watched the latest link. Sure, there's a lot of machine (versus live) stuff there, but it's an ongoing process. It doesn't mean it is bad, although I think it would sound fresher if you had live musicians. But yeah, mic'ing a drumset and having the right acoustical chamber is a bitch + finding a drummer who actually knows how to lay down a steady even-volumed track. So you're just doing what you can do right now.

if I have any quibble, it would just be balancing the vocals a bit better (and maybe tightening them up so they're smack on pitch) -- I heard the stacked harmony line near the end, that was a welcome addition to build and vary things up. I don't understand Spanish enough to interpret the song as I listen, so I can't comment on that.

When I was young, my tastes were a lot softer and needed to be more straightforward; but I like harder music with some degree of dissonance in it nowadays, as one style I'm into. So I liked the instrumental here.

But yeah, this kind of thing takes a lot of work, you're motivated, and it's clear you have some talent with it and have developed some expertise. If you believe in it, keep building expertise and look for ways to keep making the sound fresher. Once you get enough demo tracks, it will open more opportunities and you can find capable folks who will be willing to help out.

yeah, it would take so much energy and time to find all of what i need to sound more alive, i agree totally on that. our drummer is just all over the place. one day he sounds amazing the next day he forgot the song. the closest thing to a place where to record drums is my friend guest bedroom haha but u know how shitty it is to transport a drumset? and place the mics? fuck my life.

about this song; i wanted to keep vocals really quiet cuz i went out of tune more than i should have and i don't want to re record them.
i'm still not sure of this one, sometimes i listen to it and i say, damn it's cool mainly because of the lyrics but other times it sounds like that one hit wonder, twin princess by that 90s band spin doctor and it seems it doesn't brings anything new to the table. Also the music is happy yet creepy as fuck because of the lyrics which are about a stranger who wants to commit suicide to prove he belongs to the people, and people look at him thinking he's got the Little piece of madness like every of us.
Just creepy shit, backbones, worms and edges. Also because of the topic i thought it would be better to bury lyrics so they could only be understood by some ghost hunter doing some extreme equalization.
This song i wrote it a few months ago, nowdays i'm more into easy concept lyric style, u know, say what u wanna say, don't cover it in metaphors, but the thing is that spanish language music is not as full of metaphors as english is or well, at least the kind of english music i like to listen to. The closest i can think of might be Soda Stereo, perhaps Berri Txarrak (later not spanish but part of spain according to the constitution) and a lot of people jokes/don't get the way they write just because they say really weird things (but just because it never existed in spanish unless you go into Deep folk stuff). On a positive side, i think spanish language has an extra punch to make rythmns and sadly not many see that, so i try to implement a kind of rap mentality into the melodies.

I used to think i could earn a life by making music, nowdays i just wanna keep making stuff to be recogniseble in a 20 years run. I believe it is possible. Not like a band, just like an artist. I try to blend graphic stuff to it and share content in different platforms. I'm not into band touring or anything like that anymore. Fuck it.

Lately i've been thinkin of uploading my stuff to Spotify, i've made some research and apparently you get around 0.005 euros per play. In YouTube my most played song has only 212 views (perhaps not enough promotion) so it would be around 1 euro for that.
Still better than nothing. I Heard there are ways to make your music more easy to click but i didn't study marketing and i'm lazy about doing things like like4like in Instagram. I also thought of making a bandcamp, there people can donate from 1 euro up to millions, maybe i find a soul who wants to help haha. But again i'm lazy about it.
I might do it today perhaps as i'm pretty ready for taking the plane to warsaw on in a few days and have got nothing to do until then.

Now about bringing something new to the table, oh well, everyone is just sounding louder, not much room to experiment anymore, unless you wanna sound like mr bungle or a modern versión of Frank zappa or smth.
Perhaps electronic / djent / jazz is the most extreme case of novelty (check Adam neely) as everyone seems to listen more and more to "good music" but i prefer to make songs that i can play in my guitar u know, even tho i'm experimenting more with electronic elements, if i go somewhere else then it would be more like Damon Albarn latest stuff. I'm sure i will try everything but more than anything i like pop, and catchy melodies, i can't deny that and i'm not the type of guy who works on a song for more than 2 days.
after that fuck it. next thing.

btw, i recorded this Little thing yesterday, i already got lyrics for it but i haven't find time alone to record them. probably tomorrow morning. Again nothing that special really. But i thought it's impressive how nice sounds an acoustic guitar plugged to guitar rig compared to my electric one.
The distortion is powerful yet clean so high notes really keep their shape.
Also B4 synthetizer vsti by Native Instruments rocks sooo fucking much. Honorable mention for Poly 2106.
for those curious:

today a director of a spanish organization contacted us through our Facebook site and said he liked our latest reléase (a caballo vamos pal monte) very much and that he offers a plan to promote us by paying 250 euros per year.
something i noticed is that he clicked i like in my latest post (which is btw the same image i have on the top of the thread) and i could see that the number of people reached, that means, the number of people who saw our post through his like was 49, normally when i post something it only reaches around 8 people, at best 18. Mostly our own followers, that is mainly Friends and a few hardcore fans who i don't even met in person haha. Not only that but also, in my bandcamp i have reached almost 100 plays just in a few hours because he also shared our álbum. Unless we have hardcore intp fórum fans which i think it's not the case.

Now, his organization is pretty known among the indie / underground / emerging bands scene, cuz that's what they do, promote and share and you pay to them. It might seem crazy to work in such a world but when u think of it, connecting people is everything. I mean, how many people in total have listened in their life to our music (including shitty demos where i scream my vowels out recorded throught the headphones mic)? perhaps 400? less? i don't know... a bit more? how many who have listened to our latest reléase which is btw the one who sounds kind of profesional, 100? Sharing is caring, damn it's fucking important. Even those bit.ly links are important! haha
Damn, if i wasn't in this phase of my life when i cancel abroad Jobs and shave my head to 0 it might be a great idea.

i always liked a lot a certain girl who is a musician, she sings and plays the keyboard in a band, but she doesn't lives here in madrid, we like each other actually. she's in the same situation as me. no job, no path to follow, and wondering what to do.
i told her, come to madrid and let's die together, but then i thought, damn, let's write a song in the distance and talk about our demons, and that's what we are going to do.
i need to impress her with the instrumental track tho ;D

so recently i decided to pay this distributor company called Distrokid so they put my music on spotify and itunes and all that crap, it's 20 euros per year so no big deal.
so my music is already in all these platforms, they were quick in accepting and all of that.

this is how much i have collected so far:

[BIMG]http://i.imgur.com/wglkGz8.png[/BIMG]

haha, the trick is that these companies only show you have much you have earned in like 2 or 3 months so that's why there's nothing, even if they would show it to me right now i guess not more than 10 cents.

cool thing is some guy from united states (maybe from this forum? xD) emailed me saying he wanted to buy a physical copy of the EP, so i was thinking of it and maybe i can print like 50 copies and put 30 or so for sell in bandcamp.
that way this guy gets his, i get one for myself and the rest i can give for free to certain people in certain places, maybe cultural spaces, or record labels, or someone interesting and open minded enough Who has visión or smth, who can share it with people who could share it somehow.

the norteamericano also said he knew someone in san francisco who might play our EP in a radio station. so that would be funny.

problem is i'm making these book cases for the physical CD and i don't know which format i want or what do they really need, maybe digipack would be cooler but jewel case (typical cd case) is cheaper, i'm checkin prices in Madrid and printing 50 cds costs around 100 - 150 euros. if i'm super lucky and manage to sell 28 of them via online for 7 euros i'll get 196 euros, then the rest would be for sharing and maybe getting some new followers or who knows what. Promotion. Because this was never about the money.

if any of you want to have a copy you can PM me, btw, i promise a top quality case and book and all that crap. 7 euros, besides what you can listen to in bandcamp you will get 2 extra demos (instrumentals) i'm even serigraphing the cd itself. and i promise to put some pics of me u never seen before here, my drummer will be inside as well. i promise nude pics of us. and i promise those who buy it to put their names in the special thanks section ;D (example: special thanks to: jesus, satan, rejection, nanook...) so on. you would do the process through bandcamp shipping. which sends worldwide.

Here is how it is looking so far, demo stage, need to talk to the print Company and check what do they exactly need.
Still not sure about the Font for the back cover. and not sure about of which image i want to pick. i think i prefer the second image. anyway Font might probably change. as well some small details on it.
i still need to make the 2 extra pages for the small book (no, i'm not printing my lyrics), since the one i won't use as back for the case will go as back for the cover.
Btw these pics are not un full resolution.

[BIMG]http://i.imgur.com/2HDOyTf.jpg[/BIMG]

[BIMG]http://i.imgur.com/BGY081E.jpg[/BIMG]

let me know which one you like more.

damn, if i choose jewel case i will need to make at least 3 more pages, plus the one just below where the cd goes and the cd painting as well.
seems like a game but it really makes you think a lot. not even speaking about the technical details to print it right.

hey, cool u like it ;3

actually these past days i recorded 1 new song (which i think is probably the second best or maybe the best in the entire thing, called new moon) to print in physical with the others and i remixed all the tracks, and added more keyboards and crazy stuff so they sound all cooler and fuller.

but yesterday night i was playing around with guitar and came up with this super cool song which ending is super sexual and agressive and creepy so i think it will also be on the record, even if it has less work than the rest, i mean the part i'm showing here is where it turns like rage against the machine or pantera, like generic rock, but lyrics are super sexy so i will keep it in.. it will be the last one. It's called The cruelest verdict on man.

a broken cross
and your saliva in my mouth
they get lost inside
cold hands that remind you
of yesterday's blow!
touch my hands
look how cold they are! baby!
time accelerates
the cruelest verdict on man!

since some people have said they like my lyrics or don't understand what i'm saying, i decided to print the typical small book for lyrics, i asked and the guy said it's 30 euros more so no big deal. 6 pages. so far i've got these two plus the main cover. need to think about how to fill the other 3. damn. i don't want to write the lyrics for the 2 bonus songs from first "record" (2014/2015) as they are so fucking stupid even tho one of my Friends say they are amazing. i mean they have some cool moments but meh.

here's what i've done so far, quality is not good cuz i compressed it for the sake of showing you the model. but physical quality will be top.

and also some argentinian radioshow played one of our songs (Fronteras), that's quite cool
i got to know cuz they mentioned us in their Facebook page
and then today this guy from the promotion magazine / organization / whatever they do wrote to me again saying he would like to work with us to make us bigger and so on.
man, 250 euros per year for a band promotion is nothing but i just think we are not a band. but i admit it would be super cool to read a 2000 words review on the álbum. i guess if we are helping them with money they would help us back right? 1'75/10
we play sometimes the songs when we decide to meet for fun.
but the songs are composed by me and what's on the álbum is all recorded by me.
we have been playing together for years but it just doesn't feels right.
anyway i put my fictional bandmates in the record cuz in case some miracle happens and we get more attention then maybe we'll talk seriously about it.
but rock life style doesn't appeal to me at all.

I have to say I really admire your persistence. It will pay off. The new cover design is much better, although it is still much too chaotic for my liking, but then I guess it wouldn't represent your ideas if you calmed it down. What's that called again...Conceptual....?

i wanna say, that the cover is the image down right, [BIMG]http://i.imgur.com/cvZzWxl.jpg[/BIMG]

the other parts are back and up is the inside of the case. i wanna repeat quality here is not the same as final result. images are smaller and compressed, but i also want to say that for most of the pics i used my cheap 160 euros handycam.
just in case u couldn't see it well. i don't see the cover that chaotic, maybe the overall composition is but i like it.
there's not really an idea behind it, it's more abstract and visual fitting than conceptual.
for the other i did in the past it had much more personal meaning and no one liked it because it was too punk and cheap. but i think it was unique in a way.
i mean, i look the new sum 41 álbum cover and compare it to my first design for first demo and i proudly say mine is 1000 times better:

[BIMG]http://www.ghostcultmag.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Sum-41-13-Voices-cover-ghostcultmag.jpg[/BIMG]

there's 0 personality in this. why those tribal tattoo things? there's no sense in the composition, look at that band name.
average illustration work and digital painting, still the effort doesn't pay off.

[BIMG]http://i.imgur.com/kVVOrgT.jpg[/BIMG]

what can i say about mine? really harsh, unclean, dirty, punk, destroyed, unique. i love it. i could have pick the original picture i took of the band and the sunset in Athens and then play around with lightroom but cmon. that's little conforting.

one of my favourite simple álbum art (not because i love the music):

new arcade fire cover:

[BIMG]https://i0.wp.com/www.sopitas.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/arcade-fire-everything-now-single.jpg[/BIMG]

don't like it actually, just thought it is a good example of why i hate minimalism

today i was checking this top made by billboard of best covers:

[BIMG]http://www.billboard.com/files/styles/900_wide/public/media/Gallant-Ology-2016-billboard-1240.jpg[/BIMG]

cool but i wouldn't ever use it if i did it myself, i mean i would put a lot of shit on it.

[BIMG]http://www.billboard.com/files/styles/900_wide/public/media/Soul-Asylum-Change-of-Fortune-album-art-2016-a-billboard-1240.jpg[/BIMG]

[BIMG]http://www.billboard.com/files/styles/900_wide/public/media/HammerFall-Built-to-Last-album-art-2016-a-billboard-1240.jpg[/BIMG]

seriously.

[BIMG]http://www.billboard.com/files/styles/900_wide/public/media/kanye-west-the-life-of-pablo-album-2016-billboard-1240.jpg[/BIMG]

i like it but wtf

[BIMG]https://f4.bcbits.com/img/a4252764117_10.jpg[/BIMG]

probably the one i liked the most, still not my kind of style at least for now. it's cool cuz they went creative about it, not simply take a cool pic with the best camera out there and edited the colors.

hey guys, the last song for the álbum is almost ready, might re record the intro voice (extremely hard high singing part) and add a small alternative refrain over the final instrumental part. also some lyrics parts are a bit distracting

https://clyp.it/udgrf5yz.

more artsy stuff:

[BIMG]http://i.imgur.com/tAbN74C.png[/BIMG]

not sure if i should leave the underground thing, i took a pic of that weird wall 2 years ago but might be counterproductive

edit:

btw today this guy from the promotion contacted me again saying he can cut down the Price in 100 euros haha, he lost my attention. actually i read his messages every 3 days, he's like a crazy exgf.
maybe he thought it was funny that i posted in my band's Facebook this image saying: "the fakest poets" - falso gurú

Here we tame serpents
I have a flute that sounds
Good good
Your mom comes every night
Open-minded and in between her legs
Good good

So big deal, i had recently uploaded full EP to bandcamp and utube and today i made this super cool crazy old times (almost ska) falso guru song which lyrics i think are cool. can't wait to record it. perhaps i'll add to the rest. probably tomorrow i'll have some time.

Nobody says anything important
Maybe in their dreams
Maybe while they sleep
Nightmares taste like dynamite
So many realities
Many opinions (made of shit)
And they copy the copy of the copy
And dress like the madman who set up the business (the arepa)
Too much sofisticated wine in galleries
Too much spilled poetry without being heard

Here we tame the snakes
I have a flute that sounds good good
I have your mother coming every night
open-minded and in between her legs
good good
So that's how we tame the snakes here
Little poetry, everyone are whores or drunks
I make your grandmother pray every night for you
You're openminded and i'm obssesed about it
good good

Where is your memory without mine?
Where is what we used to do in secret?
They slice the lamb of God
And still they reflect in their eyes the lack of appetite
The mornings under bottled silk
Continue to drain wine from their worst "best friend"

Here we tame the snakes
I have a flute that sounds good good
I have your mother coming every night
open-minded and in between her legs
good good
So that's how we tame the snakes here
Little poetry, everyone are whores or drunks
I make your grandmother pray every night for you
You're openminded and i'm obssesed about it
good good

i have many unfinished songs that i don't want to keep working for the future because i think they are not good enough (except for the first one that is actually part of a caballo vamos pal monte and well voodoo has some crazy cool parts too near the end), some are kind of cool but others are awful, so i thought of uploading them as a compilation to bandcamp because you never know, some people love shit.
this is the album

art, made today (no opacity this time washti ;D):

haha, yeah i thought of cutting down the aaa part to 1 a, but i was damn lazy so leave it like that.

i guess i get what u mean, i love pantera and i only have 1 of their albums, because it was on sale for 5 euros and it was the 20 years aniversary edition (digipack, 2 discs, rare demos, live versions, book with lyrics) so it looked too beautiful for 5 euros. i mean i don't buy music anymore. i go to concerts tho, that might help bands.

for your info a caballo has no songs about love, perhaps nueva luna... but it is more about surreal escapism.

fronteras: fight between what u love vs what they want to make out of you.
el nervio de la guerra: afraid of future, cool past
dorsal armada: finding the strenght within you
nueva luna: escapism, experimenting with substances, love/hate
prueba de fe: religious stuff, revelations
motto: terrorism, anonymus people

if you wanna listen to me crying about love you have to check stuff from don't believe the hype.
the one i hate listening to the most is "hype". because lyrics are fucking anoying and extremely feely. i thought for a while about erasing all traces of it from internet but since some people have told me it's super nice i leave it.

BTW added a few more unfinished tracks, old shit i found in some hidden folder from when i was 19 xd

not really happy about this one actually, althou it might be the best technically speaking (at the level i am ofc), it started as a random drawing so contrary to what i've tried before it was spontaneous thing, don't know what it means but it looks like some expression through Ne, or maybe i associate cartoonish drawing with Ne, but maybe i'm just too bad atm to be able to tell if i'm Se or Si for my visual style.

i will try to experiment more maybe tomorrow. hell i have 2 exams at the end of this week. and a fucking paper to give (not that hard tho). wish i could skip all the burocratic bullshit. really, first year i had a 8.95, second 7.95, average marks, and u know what? doing little. makes me angry and makes me wanna drop out and stop paying for a fucking title that says nothing about me.
but oh well damn this fucking world.
