I had some people try to do this for a group project in fourth-year university. Turned them in and refused to work with them, had email proof to back me up. Profs didn't want to hear about it, and I was the one who got screwed over.

2) Exercise regularly
3) Reduce alcohol, caffeine, and other drug use
4) Cut out foods high in sugar, fat, preservatives, and artificial sweeteners

I've had similar symptoms for several years, off and on. It's some sort of anxiety disorder rather than panic attacks, probably general anxiety disorder.
