A question about languages.

I figure that this is probably the most linguistically diverse 'community' that I am a part of so this might be a good place to ask this question.

Does anyone know of any language in which meaning is formally embedded in the speed at which a word is said?

So, if a word takes 0.5 seconds to say it's meaning would change if it was said slower or faster.

I imagine teaching such a language would be difficult.

The only examples I can think of are fictional from sci-fi.
