Who have an experience with benzodiazepines does it really help with anxiety or it's just a lie made by pharmaceutical companies to buy there medications.

While somewhat effective as a short term solution, an unhealthy crutch long term. Pharmaceutical remedies are not the solution to anxiety(/depression). Probably better off exploring therapy.

Pretty much a scam so they can make more money, they'll prescribe it to anyone. Nothing can really help with anxiety except confidence. As far as medicines go, medical marijuana (cannabis) can soothe anxious like symptoms but it can also cause it and make you paranoid so it may not be the best option. Other drugs for it could be MDMA which they are doing trials now with people who have PTSD mainly; etc to see if they can start prescribing it for the public (since it's scheduled). It's "psychedelic" for some people. There are also magic mushrooms (psilocybin/psilocin) which could become available medicinally soon in California (see Rick Doblin and the work he has been doing with MAPS - the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies).
Since they banned them all in the 70's there hasn't been much research lately although new data is starting to say drugs could solve "addiction" or "depression" and especially "PTSD" involving "trauma", if they could be defined and quantified. If you look at the feelings involved then it should say if the person could use the medicine or not, probably not permanently or everyday.

Benzo's work, but they are highly addictive because they are a narcotic. How Psychiatrists should prescribe benzos is to treat initial symptoms of anxiety while other non-narcotic meds take their time kicking in and then the patient should be taken off the benzo after that.

Your doctor would know best which medication would work better for you. However, I recall benzodiazepams being quite effective actually, notably Lorazepam as a mood stabilizer and for anxiety.
