groundwork
- you may have as many duplicates of any type you want
- types by position aren't necessary but they are fun (rotation options can be noted with a / )
- for purposes of consistent theorycrafting we'll be using a 4-3-3 formation for anyone who decides to fill out a roster
- the boardroom, the manager, assistant manager, minimum of 3 coaches, captain and vice-captain must be given a type
- up to 5 additional personalities may be added to the boardroom
- no more than 9 coaches are permitted
-playing staff is capped at 22 (2 personalities for each position)

ceo and all management should obviously be ENTJ.

as for the players, obviously no INTPs – lest they'll stop in the middle of the match and start thinking about the meaning of life, etc. Probably no ISTPs either, they are terrible with physical activity in my experience.

lol really not even one of the players?
i like a goalkeeper being an intp, can observe the game from within the game.
and the 2 istp's i've come across in life were physical specimens...or at least very strange experiments by nature where they had gangly limbs but endless energy...literally endless.
perhaps the catch is that they have no middle ground in regards to athletic talent.

but I digress, would an entj manager and ceo clash at all?

look at this guy changing the formation on us.
5-3-2 huh, ok, i admit i like what you've done with the centerbacks, i would question the striker pairing, perhaps they'll clash perhaps not.
but nice team.
i especially like the boardroom but still reckon my setup with a 4-3-3 would win.

Well I tend to regard it as a 2-3-3-2 formation. Not a formation that I've seen. Probably closer to the original formations. Recent formations have been reverting to be more akin to the original formations and by my reckoning will end up being 2-3-3-2 in the long term - which could be decades away. Essentially it gives equal weight to defence and attack. Decent teams know that you cannot win being defensive.

Hence, your formation will struggle in attack against mine - even with attacking wing-backs. If you use attacking wing-backs then they'll - be playing out of position, shooting from acute angles and running dead. If you cannot attack you cannot win.

As for the striker pairing - yeah, I questioned that myself. The specific types for the players might need more thought. Someone else might come up with better types in that regard.
