Creating Rpg style bound items with hypnotic anchoring

I have done a good deal of research on the field of hypnosis and i speculate that it is possible to anchor a hypnotic effect to a object or symbol that when focused on, should be able to trigger the desired hypnosis. Im not going to go too much into detail here.

I imagine a ring or necklace that the user can look at to increase courage or mitigate social anxiety. A tattoo that reactivates hypnotic time dilation or accelerated learning. Or a carved anxiety stone that breaks its user out of debilitating panic attacks. Maybe even to curb explosive tempers in heated situations.

The items in question would be totally useless to any other person besides the one receiving it, hence the bound quality.
A hypnotic anchor of this kind and persistence would take hours and multiple sessions of controlled reinforcement depending on the effect desired.

Perhaps ill make a business out of this, fulfill my dream of being a wizard.

Hypnosis works by suggestion, the brain isn't great at telling where its data is coming from for example I can make you feel itchy by talking about mosquitoes biting you over and over or uncomfortable by talking about the long spindly legs of a spider slowly crawling up your chair.

It's possible to induce various emotional states, sensations or even reduce sensations like pain, indeed we do that all the time, if you hurt yourself you’ll touch the area that hurts to reduce the pain, reassuring your nervous system that the damage isn’t as bad as it thinks.

Through the use of willpower it is possible to strongly associate some item with a happy feeling, making it a sort of psychological happiness battery.

Perhaps ill make a business out of this, fulfill my dream of being a wizard.
