do our actions reflect our thoughts or do our thoughts reflect our actions?

If our existence permeates objective reality then is the universe we perceive ultimately purely subjective? what is the significance of the meaning of life besides superimposing an individual definition of an inherent community experience.

Both. I liked the former explanation more because people typically think before acting. Even for very simple movement, you basically think about it six seconds beforehand. I said both above, though, because people clearly have memory, instinct, anxiety, myriad behavior patterns, trauma, and compulsions. For instance, I may unthinkingly act in a certain manner per some compulsion, and then reflect on that compulsive behavior. Also, confirmation bias and plain rationalization cause people to look back and justify or at least explicate their choices in perhaps an ego-assuaging manner.

Both. Our thoughts affect our actions, and our actions strengthen the neural pathways, that our brains use to select which thoughts to come up with.

Yes. Everything we think happens, we can only perceive. So all we can say happening is what we perceive.

That your reality changes.

Perception of reality lacks any uniform objectivity without subjugating mechanisms to observing the properties therein, consciousness does not change as presupposed; a person who loses a limb does not change their consciousness albiet they may experience phantom limb syndrome. all we percieve we cannot say because words are purely symbolic of the frequencies which transcribe existence, words are particularly useful for guiding experiences however even onomatopoeic words are only applicable in the subcontext of the situation or enviroment they were produced from. perception is potentially unlimited if we only had the right tools.

What if you never reflect on that compulsion, unthinkingly is the nature of nothing in particular, but in reflecting upon our compulsions there is a realization that the ego is a theatrical fascade. People also look to the future and deny others in the now their right to the 'promised land'. The ego is innocent of ignorance, its percieves judges and controls the faculties of the mind and is the gatekeeper to the realm of the spirit; the actualization of awareness.
