In the practical sense?
I have many well reasoned assumptions

Because that is where the people who know, are.
Thinking of them relieves stress.
They get me to think calmly.
To not be pulled in the wrong direction.
It is very important to pause and look for the most positive way.
There is no benefit in burning my brain out.
