We know that there are only two types who are dominant Ti: the ISTP and the INTP.

But which type do you really think is the more logical? In the pragmatic sense, it's the ISTP, because they have knowledge that is easily applicable in the real world. And yet in the big picture sense, the INTPs are more likely to uncover some of life's largest complexities. I guess I just answered my own question there, but I'd like to know which type you think has the 'better logic.'

There is no such thing as better logic. Logic is following the necessary implications of your assumptions. This of course means, that the results of a logical conclusion, can be no better than your assumptions. Therefore we can not establish a "master" of logic, when it comes to istp/intp. They are both able to work deductively and logically, but operate in different spheres.

I think that depends on the range of their perception functions.

Ti can only make as accurate a deduction as the data which it has to analyze. The more expansive and consistent their worldview (Si/Ni), and the more aware their Se/Ne, the sharper their deductions become.

Indeed, often times the full potential of Ti is never achieved for an INTP because their perception functions are not up to par.

(Think L from Death Note. He was a beast but it was because he had a beautiful Si paradigm to work with, no doubt formed from both exercising a lot of past Ti deduction but also just as much or more observation.)
