I don't see what's so great about this one. It's pretty far off in some things. I prefer MBTI.
Big Five is a personality assessment theory that deals with actual personality traits people have and not theoretical attributes assumed and assigned like in MBTI. So because of this, the groupings found in Big five, like SCUEI or RLOAI, have more substantial merit and are more appropriate as a pool of personality and behavior to draw conclusions from.
Personally, I like having the tests parallel to MBTI typings because they coincide somewhat and allow for approximations.
