A channel I've recently been enjoying is medlife crisis. It covers a lot of random informative ground and is quite cleverly written. I particularly enjoyed his musings on medical language and the comprehensive dissection of homeopathy really helped me understand how it works.

Speedruns of video-games (like AGDQ) used to be a favourite - randomiser races of Zelda: Link to the Past can be particularly amusing. Vines, reaction videos, and other stupid stuff that's purely for the lols. Some review channels like theneedledrop for music.
