I was thinking to use as a random 'Vent' and 'Shout', as well share anything interesting, some jokes for fellow INTP's.. Maybe report of an occurred event that we identify ourselves. Pretty much anything worthy the share.

You can instead look into cryptocat if you're looking for encrypted chat clients.

You can also check out our chatbox, which is quite like what you've mentioned and more, its only major flaw being its poor mobile compatibility. Some other minor problems could be archive accessibility, link management and overall unsupported navigation for information.
