Couldn't that thread, or threads like, "you know you're an xxxx when" simply be renamed "you know you're a human when"?
It seems like most of the listed things in such threads is something all humans can relate to, not just the intp, or *insert mbti type*. Perhaps (bleeding) obvious.. but when I read things like "oh, that is so infp of you" I can't help but think, "no, that is so Human of you".

When you start to question the title of a thread and so open another thread to begin a long debate about whether it is truly accurate.

^_^ Welcome.

yes, I myself have noticed that newcomers do tend to put things in which are 'human', by which I mean, applies to them rather than 'intp' in general.

It is quite clearly some sort of attempt to 'fit in' to the typing by producing their own Intp traits.

However, i would say that the majority of additions to the thread are legitimate, and I'm pretty sure most of them are entered by INTP's that accept that that certain behaviour is unique to them and their fellows if they exist.
