So I'm using a LED light... And did the rose thing in the image and the small plant is a bonsai tree. Don't kill me I don't know what i'm doing help me. All the other plants died also its winter time. On top of the plant I cover with a plastic container for food because its made out of plastic? I'm not good with indoor plants. I'm a freaking idiot. Screams dont die on daddy.

When rooting plants like that I always wrap it in a damp cloth or a jar with a little water in the bottom for a few days till I see roots. Then I stick it in the dirt.

Also, I hate to break it to you but you can expect around a 70% failure rate with this kind of thing. When gardeners root from a cutting they will do a bunch of them all at once and hope for one or two successes unless it is one of those tough plants that root very easily. (Or so says the gardening king, Monty Don)

Get a spider plant. Those things are hard to kill.
