I’d imagine it’s going to be strongest for anyone when it’s between 11 and 2 when you are positioned closest to the sun and over next few days. But it can make you
tired or dizzy as well. Drink a lot of fluids next few days. Take it easy. Unplug expensive washers and dryers so the pc board isn’t fried.
