Well I once used that image of super saiyan 3 goku back then as my Steam avatar, but if you want to use that picture,you're free to do so, it's not like i'm the creator i held no rights for it.
But your avatar may look similar at a glance, as my current avatar as the consequence.
But i am sure that no one will be confused or be unable to tell it apart, won't it?.

I was recently (yesterday) considering, in a brief sentiment, of changing my avatar to super saying III Goku.. Wanted to use the still when he first achieved that state against Majin Buu and was speaking straight into the screen. It was either that or a few other ones I was looking through, not sure how much I was actually considering that though.
