I think I kind of understand. It gets worse over time then suddenly something will happen and change the whole thing. Then you'll feel numb for a while, then you'll start feeling better. It takes time but it does go away and you'll reach a new equilibrium, until then just take it easy.

Just do it in a subtle way! i.e. "Shall we do...?" rather than "We're going to do..."

Haha very true. It's interesting to see that when I rewatch it (I don't usually watch videos of myself, it's weird). I have slightly overdeveloped Fe for an INTP because of being around my sister alot, and she has more Ti than most INFJs for the same reason!

I had that a little while ago, turned out I have sinusitis :) It got better when I was given antibiotics, now things feel real. Other than that, depression, anxiety, stress or depersonalisation I think.

Apparently me and my sister made the best carrot cake once. I admit, it was glorious! (We just accidently made too much buttercream and put it in the middle and on top, made it amazing apparently)
