I've noticed that I will always try to figure out a person's type now whenever I meet someone new. Is that a good or bad thing?

Things like having a goal, keeping busy, eating healthy, and exercise are simple ways to stay happy. But those "simple things" are actually quite hard to do.

I worked in backroom inventory at Target. I would occasionally come outside and help people. It was fun to help because I knew I didn't have to. But if I worked outside and I had to help them all the time, I think it would drive me nuts.

LoL I think we've all tried not caring to find happiness. Doesn't work dude. Happiness is attained from contentment. Something I learned from this forum is that happiness/contentment comes from finding a purpose in your life. Hope you find it man. I'm still looking myself.
