I wanted to share this with you guys in case you didn't know about it already.

"Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation." -Wikipedia

There are tons of Youtubers who make ASMR triggering videos.

Some people love it, some people hate it. Some get it more intensely than others. I don't always get 'tingles', but I find the videos extremely relaxing. They're helpful for insomnia, anxiety, depression, etc. I can't fall asleep without them.

It'll probably seem a bit ..awkward.. at first, it's people whispering or making weird sounds.
I much prefer just closing my eyes and listening to the audio.

I'd say ASMR is worth checking out though :p

She explains it well.

Do y'all get tingles? Do you love ASMR? Do you hate it?
It would be interesting to discuss.

ALSO: Because most ASMR videos are pretty lengthy, if you want to share any on this thread please do so in a spoiler tag.
