I have to ask the intuitives something, though, and maybe i can create my desired second theory on the perception functions,

Does intuition and sensation have something to do with freedom?

IE, the following would then be true.

Extraverted Intuition: Understanding the extent to which the object is free from you
Introverted Intuition: Understanding the extent to which the object is not free from you

Extraverted Sensation: understanding the extent to which you are free from an object
Introverted Sensation: Understanding the extent to which you are not free from an object

just brainstorming

Given the relation between the subject and object, is it therefore fair to say that Si and Ni are merely different manifestations of the same thing as determined by functional stack? The same for Ne & Se.

So then it would be really easy to toss the whole mess on 3 axes for a more accurate depiction of personality, amirite? X, Y, Z. Thinking, Feeling, Intuition.

*EDIT Actually, given the Possession thread I missed, that puts it on 2 axes.

If there's a third axis, what is it?
