Bunnys, as we know them, are small and fragile.
Yet there are breeds the size of large dogs.
With enough time smart bunnies could be our future.

Imagine if lions had been domesticated. They could have been bred for the size of dogs, and their claws could have deselected for so they aren't as dangerous. Lions are social animals, so I bet they would have made awesome pets.

I think that woman holding out the rabbit is playing with perspective. Either that, or she's on steroids.

Im the only one who finds the giant bunnies disturbing, arent I?
I actually realized the other day how great dogs are, my dogs always let me know someone is in the house if im listening to music, they always wake me up before someone can come upstairs, they keep me warm, they keep me happy.

So disturbing, man. It's like seeing close ups of insects. You don't realise how disturbing a butterfly can be until you have seen a close up.

Tiny lions are the future, I say. Simba> Bugs Bunny! Debate..

I would take a sexually immature langur monkey, taking hormone blockers, over either of these. It would be a mixture of a dog and a child, kuuuute

Holy Cheetos!!!
That massive beast is a real thing! Omg. I'm so excited about this. Thank you, thank you for expanding upon my knowledge of the animal kingdom! Ohh....this is giving me shivers! I can't wait to investigate this massive rabbit! I wonder if people eat them. Sorry. Errant alcohol-induced thought. That is so cool. I cannot. Friggin. Believe they get this large! I think I must have stars in my eyes. You can't see them - because you're there, and I'm here, but my power level..it's over 9000!! This, I will research. Tonight. Now!
(Not now, I have to type this sociology thingy..but immediately afterwards!)

It would definitely be possible to breed giant rabbits to lick.

There is no unreasonable limit to the extent of a breeding program for rabbits.

Seeing as how they eat their own poo...I think I'll pass on the lick-inducing breeding program....

I have limited experience with rabbits, but they seem to have a very different body language from a lot of other mammals. Probably hard to relate to for most people. I mean, in human speak, only ADHD jump around when they are happy.

Sadly my experience with pet rabbits is that of the one kept in a tiny, tiny cage. Rabbits are like dogs, except treated much, much worse
