DAWN OF WAR II and/or warhammer 40k

Well i was just wondering if there is anyone who plays DOW II or the tabletop Warhammer 40k its base off of. I think the tabletop is great and some of the computer game can be fun to play. Hunting xenos is great fun after all. For anyone who plays the table top I collect guardsmen. I do not like the pampas ass space marines.

Actually I play the Dawn of War games every once in a while. I really like strategy games. However I know practically nothing about the 40k universe (I just know that I love playing as the tau. Killing everything with firewarriors before they reach me is epic). I am planning on playing space marine when it comes out.

kill everything before it gets to you as tau lol. when I play the tabletop i always get my guardsmen close and that when the real fun begins for me. I play with transports and lots of support guns though so usually destroy there big guns. Thats what I like about guardsmen in tabletop and Dawn of War. If its shooty run in close. If its staby then gun them down first. Most cant use guardsmen in close combat effectively in Dawn of War though. I am definitely looking forward to Space Marine when it comes out too. (even if I would rather be the orks or something.)
