There seems to be a tightrope walk one must do in order to get what they want. Go too far to the right (control) and it will slip through your fingers the tighter you squeeze. Go too far to the left (pessimism) and you will be living a self-fulfilled prophecy of defeat.

I've found the best way to get what I want is to not let go of my desire for something, but to not expect it while also being willing to accept whatever comes.

Overall, it is a posture of thankfulness for what I have knowing if I don't get exactly what I want, it's totally fine.

There seem to be some metaphysical properties in this in how the mind processes reading into the future. This is why I think Isaiah in the Bible could predict that the Jewish Messiah (Jesus) could be "pierced" before crucifixion was ever invented (Isaiah 53:5).

I've also known this to be true for me on a small scale, like Isaiah, with surprising frequency any time I implement this technique. Though to be sure, I am still learning how to do it with more consistency as it seems to be just as much of a subconscious thing as it is a goal to pursue.

Level your expectations, live in acceptance and watch the coconut fall into your hands. Try it!

You can want or love something without being attached to it or as an outcome. In general I’d agree that leads to more happiness and contentment than attachment.

The thing about life is, things change constantly, so you can have something one day, and not have it the next. Find gratitude in simplicity.

You will notice everyone is good at certain things, and lacking in others, ie, money, luck, love, fame, talents. See if you can journal about what you are good at or not good at and look deeper inside yourself there for answers.

We chose what we are here to learn in each life. There is a spiritual lesson in whatever we are not good at that we need to master. (Responsability?). (Trust?). (Letting Go?). (Self Love?). (Creating something out of nothing?).

Often it is to trust the universe MORE and not try so hard. Go with the flow. Accept it as if you CHOSE it yourself, whatever comes your way.

Imagine you already have what you are lacking and feel the emotion of having it as clearly as possible. Fill any empty places with love and light, ie, when you remove one thing, fill that space with strong good positive energy of something else to fill the void. (The universe abhors a vaccuum, so when you replace lower energy with positive higher energy, and keep sticky notes to remind yourself to maintain that), it will draw in what you want. Your energy will match what the universe sends your way, work with it, stay open to that exchange. Try not to reject help when it is offered or the universe will not send that your way so much, ie, reciprocate with it as if it is a living breathing consciousness, and you are a co creator with it. (The kingdom is within because you are part of its network, one and the same). So its about aligning to your goal in that context. Align to health. Align to self love. You have to fill yourself up first. If each person were doing that, the world would be easy.

Mostly, the intuitive side of INTP should be good at this. Ie, Be aware of what happens in your life and willing to be open to accepting its little gifts and hardships as if they ARE gifts for you to learn or simply observe and stay neutral towards this power. Use your spiritual knowledge to interact with that and be thankful. See how that raises the vibrations to better energy and exchanges.

What the INTP needs to do more is, three times a day, check in with your feelings even if you aren't aware of them at first. Ask, how am I feeling right now? Do this at least three times a day and any time you enter into a new situation so you can get to understand this blocked area better and open that heart to brain awareness up some more.

Do a meditation where you as an adult are walking in the woods and you see yourself as a child sitting on a bench. See if you can approach your little self and ask it what it needs from you, or if it wants to tell you anything. Embrace and hug and give your little self any words of encouragement and blessings and then say good bye, and that it is welcome to meet up again sometime to get to know you better. This will help you heal your inner child and integrate her or him and welcome that part of you into your heart.

Thanks for your post. I should note, that I am not advocating for the Law of Attraction (LoA), nor am I advocating for a Buddhist understanding either.

There may be overlap between these other theories and mine, but mine is more based on being at peace, or what the Jews call "Shalom" with whatever happens. In Buddhism, desires are bad and I'm not advocating ridding yourself of desires. with the LoA they hold that you want to hang on to your desires and let them come to you by focussing on them with your mind. So you could say my view is a middle ground between the two.

Also, I'm not sure exactly what perspective you are going with here. It is similar to mine, that it is. But I just wanted to clarify some things about my view.

ok, but when you give your opinion on anything, know that is an invitation to let others put theirs out, always, because philosophy and thought is just sharing ideas, and opinions and beliefs are meant to be discussed freely, but if one person opens up discussion, it is an invitation for others to say more. One is not more right than another. Your views are your views, I'm not trying to change them and you shouldn't try to change mine. The rule is everyone has a right to their own views,if mine are different, just acknowledge the rights of others to be who they are. Law of Attraction and Buddhist views exist too. I am not Jewish, Christian, or strictly any religion, I like to know about them all equally without signing up for any. I just like to learn about all of it without being tied down, because it gives you the ability to navigate under any that work for the moment. I think most religion and metaphysics are here to stretch our brain plasticity and work with and not against things.

Being too stuck inside one religion is very limiting.

Of course. I wasn't trying to say anything about your view, I was just trying to clarify mine.

Ok, thank you, all is well! And may the voids be filled with joy and peace by virtue of everyones own brain plasticity (co-creation with what will be).
