Giving up my lurking ways

Hello. I suppose I'm just the newest in a long line of lurkers on this forum to become a poster. I'v never been terribly good at introducing myself, but I'll do my best.

I am and INTP with a fairly high prefrence to the INT but only a 60-70% or so connection at the P characteristic. I understand that it is one of the harder traits to identify.
I am currently 18 years old and going to college in the great state of Ohio. I love science and hate foreign language but have to take both.

I think what drove me to this forum is the feeling that I have found some people who I can connect to on a different level than ever before. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute to some of the interesting conversations on this board.

(I would like to meet all those other lurkers. At any given time, I always see the online guest count at 40-60, while the online member count is normally at 20-30. There's more lurkers than online members!)

So many questions so little time. I suppose the reason I decided to stop lurking was that the community here seems to resonate with me more than any other. (Yes, your insanity is irresistable).

I'v only been lurking for about a week or two, but I have looked at several of the past threads that interested me. I was drawn here after looking into these personality tests I had heard of in my psych 100 class.

Yes, the lack of a twisted grin icon has always bothered me. I plan to add one of those soon.

In all honesty, I do enjoy the humor, but also the integrity of this forum's sober atmosphere - which allows for more profound conversations than anywhere else I've seen online. I wouldn't want that to go away...
