I used to run for my high school track and cross-country team. I was a distance runner for the most part - I ran the 5k in x-c and the 800 and mile for track. And I was pretty damn good, too. But I lost all desire to compete at a high level after senior year. It was just.....too much work.

I still run on my own though (when I feel like getting off my procrastinating arse). Great stress reliever.


Why? Do you run at all? Or just curious?
