Yes, as I said brain scans reveal abnormalities that most of these people have in common, but there is no concrete component that can be identified as the source of a condition. This isn't a static physical trait, like a deformed limb, or a defect in heart structure that restricts blood flow. This is just a usage pattern of the brain, which is something that can be affected by anything from listening to music to having a lot of coffee -- it's adaptable.

This is why I believe putting labels on yourself is a self defeating process. Its a bad idea. I think knowing yourself in general terms is more satisfying as well because it gets you to use your brain in what you think of yourself.

Try describing yourself in adjectives rather than labels. Try to come up with positive and negative ones and try to work on making your stronger positive ones things to develop further. Compare this to your interests and focus a lot on adjectives you feel you excel at. At this point you should have a good idea of what ways you can be productive and enjoy its success.
