And got a carbohydrates loss out of the deal. That's not good so my friends and I ate at a breakfast buffet afterwards. Now I got my carbs back with interest.

My buddies have zero practice yet they were able to finish the race. It's more about determination than actual fitness (my gym workout sessions helped gave me a ~30 mins lead tough).

Better get that checked QT. Asthma attacks can be fatal.

Anyways, you can always try brisk walking instead of jogging to get in shape. It isn't as intensive and sweaty as jogging.
