What are some ways you keep yourself feeling positive?

The body is in motion.

I try and keep in mind that stillness exists in every moment.

In otherwords I try not to cramp up to much.

i personally distinguish between positivity and energy.

as in, "positivity" for me is more about gaining energy. Sometimes (quite often actually) it's about being motivated to find solutions to obstacles and problems - which can happen in a highly "negative" frame of mind like "i need to fix this shit!". To me that can feel just as "good" as the classical positivity as in "yay everything is great!"

i mean think about how it is in movies: we find a story interesting when the protagonist deals with some heavy shit and faces difficult obstacles. That's the sort of framing im usually looking for

I think feeling positive and energetic - not run down, means your cells need feeding and theres a need to seek ways to reduce worry and inflammation which make it harder for the brain to feel well. (Withdraw, eat well, slow down).
Pears have phosphorous, which literally sparks/lights up your cells.
Watermelon has electrolytes that help hydrate cells.
Coconut Water helps heal everything when its stressed. Fresh vitamin C in Fresh squeezed oranges helps a lot.
Also trace minerals, they unlock things in your cells to make them work better. https://a.co/d/4kxOkKr
Beets. I love roasted beets, they coat all the nerve endings to make you less anxious/nervous. (Wash, put in foil, roast in oven for two hours).
Sunlight heals so much and just glancing up between tree branches at the sun or briefly glancing at the sun directly helps with the
cones in your eye, everything really needs a little bit of sunshine.
Eating something green that has soaked up chlorophyll. I like pea greens, red leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, broccoli or other sprouts, etc.
An easy walk.
Watering or touching plants, barefoot walking in water or earth. Putting bare feet in grass. Sitting on ground and leaning back on a tree trunk.
Taking painting lessons, or learning something new.
Talking to family on the phone.
Watching good movies. Last night it was Harvey with James Stewart. Next its the 2005 King Kong with Popcorn.
Olive Oil or Almond Oil foot or shoulder massages.
Being near water.
Standing in a salt marsh.
Epsom Salt Soaks, Lavendar Scent Soaks.
Candle light. Crickets.
Doing nothing
. Dreaming. Day Dreaming.
Petting an animal or dog. Looking at green plants.
Good comfort food. Soups like chicken vegetable soup, split pea soup or beef barley or stew give high protein that revives.
Sometimes some kind of treat like banana nut bread, brownies, apple pie or chocolate cake or Edwards Key Lime Pie Slice.
If stress is really bad, such as during a hurricane or other crisis, I drink one Angry Orchard Hard Cider, or make a hurricane cocktail.
Microsoft To Do Lists or just lists and getting things out of my worrying brain onto paper so I don't have to think about something
and can follow at my own pace.
Anything that decreases inflammation such as Carlson Vitamin D oil, Turmeric, B Complex and B12.
Fish Oil/D3: B Complex: https://a.co/d/eDmKKAj
B12 with Methylfolate: https://a.co/d/cXk98jg (The Methylfolate helps you remove toxins from your body. It is thought that this also really helps neurodivergent types because a gene is missing that the Methylfolate replaces).
Also, slowly switch to a mediterranean diet which will help reduce inflammation and get you off of processed foods
which just drag you down mentally and physically.
And probably most of all, withdraw and recuperate from the chaous of the world.
Ginseng liquid drops are fantastic pick me up: https://a.co/d/6DzCfHH
Tea once a day is very nice. My favorites are: Honey Ginseng, Mint Fields, Clean Beauty, Matcha, Brain Boost. https://a.co/d/dFnoszR

Cramping up happens a lot to me as well, so that is pretty true often times.

This is a lot of like what people seem to call growth mindset. Maybe they are interrelated topics after all.

I do know the benefits of many things, but I did forget about this. I think maybe Ill make sure to get b complex more often and some b12.

Path with heart
Listening to and letting negative emotions have space to express themselves, but making sure when it's my time to respond to them that I do so positively. E.g. with compassion, assurance, forgiveness, positive or necessary actions.

Having a clear direction and a sense of purpose.

Having hobbies that make me happy. I enjoy singing and playing music and that helps me to feel positive.

General self-care stuff like diet, rest and exercise. Having people in my life who can mirror positivity back to me or can listen to what I say and respond positively.

Also, eating a lot of peyote a few times a year.

Just don't ruminate on the junk in your life.

And be thankful.
