Actual gov't proposal document

There's a federal gov't move to have the Rusty Patched Bumble Bee (Bombus affinis) as an endangered species. It is not good for food security and biodiversity to lose an important pollinator.

Anyways, the top reasons of its decline is due to pathogenic fungi and pesticides.
