I had a BCI put in without consent, but am trying to make optimal use of it. Any information or experience with brain interface is desired. I believe it to be invasive, subdural, with ability to visualize memories, as well as spur muscle contraction. It is wireless and can access from Indy to NC over a specific network. I am about to get medical imaging to narrow down the type, but would be interested in hearing any input or quetions that might elucidate. Anyone with experience?

How will you make use of it, if it is in the hands of others?
I mean, you need a feedback loop between your brain and the computer,
but when you are not able to access the computer, it is impossible to know what the outcome is.
The other way around would work, half decently.

So... i don't believe you.
Prove it!

Where do I sign up for this?

Is there a waiting list, or in other words how many people do I have to kill to get this right now?

I will give all monies, past, present, future, and hypothetical.
Ditto for progeny and souls.

A dubious suggestion at best.

It would be amazing and I wouldn't hesitate for a second if it was offered, but I think current understanding of the brain and technological limitations wouldn't allow this to exist. Yet.

The telephone is a BCI, mediated by the ear. I hear it's quite popular.

I'm actually not kidding with this, human being are the only one who actively turn themselves into cyborgs. Just because the device isn't implanted doesn't mean it doesn't accomplish the same purpose.
