Tips on flushing my system of thc

To start off: I'm 19, 5'9, ~130 lbs, and I bike 8.2 miles a day. It's been almost a week since the last time I smoke and it was about half a bowl (and the last time I smoked before that was 1.5-2 weeks). My friend is getting me a job, but I have to pass a pee test to get the job. I took a home drug test today and I wasn't sure if I passed because the negative line was super faint and it was 2 years past expired (although the test maker's site said a negative line, no matter how faint, means a negative). I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to flush my system of the thc just to be sure I pass. Or do you think I'd pass if I took one tomorrow?

Honestly? Not a lot you can do. Drink lots of water. If you are not a heavy smoker, and if you are only doing half a bowl every couple of weeks you aren't, you can expect the stuff to be out of your system in about two weeks depending on your metabolism.

That is all rough estimation of course.

That is all rough estimation of course.

I'm adding a mile onto my daily bike route. And I have a high metabolism; when I was a super stoner and pretty much had the munchies 24/7 and wasn't exercising, I didn't gain any weight.

THC is soluble in fat and alcohol but not water, so it's stored in body fat. To get rid of it, break down fat cells. Exercise.

Then give yourself ~48 hours without exercise and consume a high carb diet (to prevent the breakdown of fat cells and actually build new ones) with a ton of water (to dilute what little THC may make its way out and make it more difficult to detect).

Also, if asked whether you've taken any medications, report that you've been taking ibuprofen for the past few days due to being sore from cycling. Ibuprofen is a known false positive.

Dont they got none of them vitamin b pills which color your urine yellow? If you've got those you can drink a ton of water before the test and your pee will still be yellah to boot.

Pretzels. Carbs + salt, so you drink more; though avoid salt 24 hours in advance due to fluid retention concerns.

I don't have any pretzels. Give me a handful of foods that are high-carb and I might have around my house. What if I wait until 24 hours before to go high-carb? Also, should Iavoid carbs until then?

Anything that doesn't contain high volumes of calories from fat will do it; don't need to avoid carbs until then assuming you burn off the carbs during exercise. Anything from a plant (:rolleyes:) or lean meat should cut it. Avoid nuts, avocados, fat, and processed stuff in general.

48 hours is better, since it gives your liver time to store glycogen which must occur before fat formation can occur, but 24 is better than nothing.
