According Socionics Se is the most painful function in INTPs.

Se as Vulnerable Function

The individual tends to overreact to aggressive or confrontational behavior, taking it as a personal threat when it may only be a knee-jerk reaction or the result of a bad mood. He tends to avoid intruding on others' space or engaging in behavior that may be perceived as coercive, and tries hard to handle his needs by being disciplined and well-prepared himself - rather than relying on others to do things for him. If these strategies fail, his efforts at dealing with the resulting conflict make him look actively pushy in a way that appears awkward and unnatural to others. This opens him up to painful criticism and feelings of weakness and helplessness.
He is able to moralize and instruct others about what they should do and why, but he is not prepared for others' active resistance or refusal to do as he says. In his mind, this would require him to put aside reason and good feelings and simply make the other person do what is necessary. This is extremely difficult, if not impossible, for him to do.
Your thoughts on this.

Jobs like working in army seems to be very much out of question.

I have seen INTPs on Youtube who were on compulsory military service. Usual picture is that staff sent all of them home as incapable of taking orders. :D Huge respect to that. I have done my half year service. My problem was very much relating to others (Fi as a consequence others wanted that I tried to get a discharge) also physical endurance as wanting comfort (Si) was huge part of me as my suggestive function.

i think look at the tertiary then flip it, so Ne for ISTP and Fi for ESTP

however, i think socionics is generally a pretty bad system for this stuff, so i wouldnt take it as true.

ISTPs and ISFPs tend to be stubborn (Ne) on their incapability to think the alternatives taking their narrow vision (Ni) into account.

ESTPs and ENTPs are pretty lousy relationally (Fi). I have seen and heard ESTPs to become very reclusive because of this but it has happened to me as well. People tend to be somewhat intimidating to these types. ESTPs are better coming close but everything tends to fall apart. ENTPs tend to fear the closure.

The Se vulnerable applies to INFPs as well.

The army has many different kinds of jobs, and not all of them involve physical aggression or coersion.

This is also true to an extent: http://wikisocion.org/en/index.php?title=LII_by_Stratiyevskaya#4th_Function_-_Se_Extraverted_sensing

The LII is critical of any methods of crude and petty influencing. It is impossible to subordinate him to volitional pressure. Any attempt to pressure him inevitably leads to a conflict. The LII does not yield to crude force even if it presents a threat to him life. He won't allow to humiliate himself, to be "taken by his throat" - better he will die.

The LII feels himself defenseless in situations of sudden volitional pressure that he hasn't been able to foresee and account for. In such cases, the LII often acts in an excessively and unjustifiably yielding manner, which he analyzes regretfully later on and tries to hence forth be more farsighted and prudent, and not repeat the same mistake.

I'm not a fan of Socionics so I'll take it from the MBTI perspective, using Beebe's formulation which places Se in the trickster position. This made no sense to me until I talked to a professional MBTI practitioner. She gave me an example of an INTP and INFP she knew who brought gag gifts to a party (sex toys). They were in stitches over their gifts but everybody else didn't really get it. She then encouraged me to think about how that played out in my life.

For me the only thing that'll get me to belly laugh is slapstick pie-in-the-face kind of gross humor. Also I have many examples of INTP's having a nefarious/deviant relationship with the physical. Taking it all together I realized Se is very much the trickster for INTP's, which convinced me of the truth of the 'shadow stack'.
