Or just play in stock market. With that amount you can manipulate the price of several small chips (specially here in Bovespa). I think that's the easiest way to achieve (a good) profit from 10 mi.
In the contract it'll be written that I have the right to sell my employees' organs after they die, I'll then have them engaged in some terribly interesting tasks that'll almost surely kill them if they don't pay constant attention, like snake farming or something, with the right species the poison won't damage the organs so I'll still be able to sell them.
Pay my group of INTP hackers to rob the entire world pennies at a time. Then we shall find and hire a group of mercenaries to take over a small nation like Somalia or Hatii, and exterminate the indigenous population. Following this we shall establish our own nation.
For me it's easey, no matter if it's pounds or dollars, as I presume it's one of those. As I have access to land that is attractive. If my parents give it to me, yet undecided, but some indications have been given. I'll invest it in cabins to rent out. I'd live worry free the rest of my life. Rich too.
I'm not much of a capitalist but I'd look into automated food production in an urban setting. Money would go into research and prototype construction with the end goal being automated or near-automated agricultural growth to ensure that few, if any people go hungry in low-income areas. I believe something like this would help to lower crime rates and stabilize communities that don't see as much abundance as others. This would be step one in fixing deficiencies I see in the world. Not sure if 10 million would be enough....
If I only had INTPs, I would reverse engineer Architect's software--or buy it off him or his company, since I have so much venture capital--and then write an AI that would use it to solve problems on request, much like Siri provides roadmaps and restaurant listings. CSS would be revolutionized: no more would real people be necessary to write programs.
I would also keep a copy running at our headquarters and have my engineers spend our remaining funds on making it self-aware and teaching it how to improve the code that improves its code and giving it an order to increase its intelligence in order to haste the Singularity.
But if I could have any and every type:
I want to make the ultimate synthetic superfood (USS). It is completely synthetic--no living beings harmed in its making--and contains only the nutrients and calories that you need in a density that will leave you satisfied. It can take on any form, shape, taste, texture, or color, so as to mimic present food for the sake of pleasure. All appliances would be replaced with a food replicator--essentially a 3D printer that makes USS into all sorts of different foodstuffs. USS itself would of course be quite palatable straight out of the bag (it would come in plastic bags) for those who cannot afford a replicator.
Agriculture would be replaced by chemistry, returning huge tracts of land to nature and eliminating the environmental impact of commercial farming; the culinary arts would be transformed, and one could invent a new dish as easily as one can draw a picture; famine would be abolished because USS could simply be produced in leviathan vats and airdropped to stricken regions; water would be freed for drinking and cleaning; no more wars over rivers and soil. All thanks to the marvel of USS.
I will need:
Hundreds of ISTJs for all the grunt work.
A score of XNTPs for every hundred ISTJs to provide ideas and architecture.
A score of ESTJs to organize every hundred ISTJs and score of XNTPs into groups of 5 ISTJs per ESTJ with the XNTPs floating freely.
One INTJ to organize every score of ESTJs.
An ENTJ to run the company.
A motely crew of HR workers of all types.
A few ESTPs to market our product.
A few ISFPs to make our art.
An INFP to write our story.
