This is the third forum I've joined, I think. They've all had "hello" in the title.

Anyway I don't really know what to put here. Thought I'd actually post something instead of looking through the chat box and lurking.

Unlike the other forums, I had a lot to say but I don't now, exactly .

I'm looking forward to this site. Assuming it's active.

1) INTP

2) Reading, writing (short stories seeing as I don't seem to be able to piece together enough plot for a novel. Usually horror, fantasy and/or science fiction {I don't combine the latter two that much but I have done it twice}). Drawing. Not sure if watching anime is a hobby.... I'd say introspection, but that's more of a...preoccupation than a hobby.

3) Hmmmm.... Greatest to Least: Rock (alternative, classic, metal, "screamo" {I don't know if that term is accurate} in that order; Electronic (house, drum 'n' bass, trap; Vocaloid/J-POP (maybe not its own genre); R&B; Oldies; Pop(80s mostly); Rap (just a fraction)

I've recently started writing again, and may soon resurrect a topical thread that was created aeons ago when the world was still groovy and locusts knew how to bide their time.

Huh, I have kinda the opposite problem, more then enough plot ideas but never the willpower to put it down on paper. Actually now that I think of it I should try for more short stories myself so I don't get dissuaded by the scale of a project.

Have you considered posting your stories somewhere to be read?

Well....I have lots of different ideas. Just when I think of them, all I can think of (usually) are the bare bones of it, character personality and appearances, and random scenes. The beginning, end, and spots of the middle. With short stories, I don't need as much middle, and it writes itself. Well, it's not quite that easy. You know what i mean.

I have actually posted some of my stories before, but they aren't very good.
That's not me being modest; they're awful

I have some I think would be worthy of posting but I feel like they'd be too short (yes, even for a short story) to, unless I did a collection. And if I did a collection of short stories, I would want those to be actually published, or maybe submitted to something like a newspaper or magazine, but since most don't really read those (actually, do people read magazines?) perhaps a website or something. I don't know, something official. I'm probably getting ahead of myself, though.

By the way, what do you write? Or, uh, try to write?
