My fellow INTPs, lately, I've been dealing my god damn bipolarness (though I'm not actually bipolar, I know what it really is). How do you deal with moods? I'll feel great on Friday, like shit on saturday, alright on sunday, okay on monday, apathetic on tuesday, great on wednesday, like shit on thursday, pissed about nothing on friday, great on saturday...you get what I mean? I can't seem to line up more than one or two days of feeling good about myself. How do you deal with this? Anyone else go through what I'm talking about here? Why can't we feel great everyday? :(

Exercise really helped me. Whenever my mood was crap I would go to the gym, even it wasn't a normal workout day.

Exercise, but I recommend more cardio workouts than weight lifting. Playing a sport is great. You get good cardio, it's fun, and the team comradery is really good for your psychi. I also recommend meditation. I heard yoga is good too.

But pretty much all these things involve you to get your ass moving. That's the main way not to get moody. Stay off junk food, booze, and drugs too.

It would be great if I could feel great for one whole day!

my mood changes from minute to minute. and I always let it go its way. ahh..whatever. I can't fight it.
I'm just trying not to be arrogant with others when I'm miserable from my own reasons. But.. I mostly end up being sarcastically rude.

yeah same, I get more sarcastic than I need to be and 'hostile' as my roommates will tell me. I hate being that way.

I'm up and down a lot sometimes. Just going through the motions and riding it out are the best things to do.
