I won't vote in the poll because it's unclear what I would be voting for (I hear change is a pretty good campaign slogan XD).

As for Gray's suggestion that everything be spelled out to the letter:
I would rather that each banning is allowed to be discussed as it is now, with perhaps a little less emphasis on attacking the mods. As far as I can tell the only problem with such discussion is that some people are less interested in learning the reason for the banishment than they are in stickin' it to the man, and they seem to have no concept of just how many times these claims have been answered in the past. I think it would be good for some of the less intuitive Ti-guys to stretch that particular muscle as well.

Perhaps if we had a funeral home subforum to honour the dead? People tend to go through the grieving/raging/farewell stage anyway just in less dedicated or appropriate threads. If it's a thing that is both predictable and potentially disruptive, why not have a place to put it?

Also, if the mods are too sick and tired of answering criticism that encouraging discussion allows for, perhaps get more mods in to lower the workload? I don't know if there are logistical reasons for not doing this, but there are more than enough capable people sitting around.
