I think The Magic Kingdom may be exploding behind me. I'm not going to turn around to look. I might be sent back to the Underworld.

Hmm. Thank you Broto, for the inspiration...

My bank balance has managed to increase from £1.52 to £40.52, but I'm still out of work...so I'm pretty sure I'll have to sell something pretty soon haha.

And it's just dawned on me that I speak to you lot more than I do my real friends...
I'm not sure what I'm doing with my life.

Walmart has only one "Great Value" product that isn't shit, that's actually a great value. They do a really good knockoff of what are essentially Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies. They are one of my few vices. I'm tempted to divert 2 miles from my route just to get some. Since I will surely sleep at some other Walmart later on tonight, this means I want them now, not later. Although, I suppose if I'm getting them from a Walmart Supercenter nearby, I don't strictly have to drive anywhere. Maybe I could work on that ambition of murdering Mickey Mouse.

So the widow and son of Alexander Litvinenko are still petitioning the UK gov to find out why he was murdered , by whom, and to bring justice about.

The guy was double agent, he practically signed his own death sentence.

Moral of the story, don't fuck with Mother Russia haha.

Oh, now I'm wondering about our GHCQ guy.. Gareth Williams wasn't it?
Thats a case I'd like to revisit.

California Institute of Technology reckon they've discovered planet X, Nibiru.

Well that's what I'm calling it anyway, they haven't physically located it yet, but they've discovered it in the numbers. 4 times larger than earth, outer solar system. 10-20,000 year orbit.

If they do find it, I'm pretty sure that counts as planet X, who would have thought? The quacks might be right.

7am, on the coach back home. Done an all nighter.

I'm annoyed for a few of reasons: I'm starting to sober up, and I forgot to bring real liquid with me in order to quench this new thirst; The back seat has already been taken, and the other seats are too small to lie on; and a reasonably hot guy was hitting on me last night, but I was oblivious - my cousin only decided to tell me as I was leaving the constituency, and not before.

And I am rather tired, but can't risk falling asleep otherwise I'll miss my stop and end up in Manchester, or Glasgow, knowing me.

Think I've damaged my left eardrum.
Had my music really really rather loud over the last few weeks.
I found a bit of blood in the drum a few weeks back but just ignored it.
But for the last week my ear has just felt fuzzy, and I've lost quite a bit of my hearing in it.

Spose I'll have to go to the docs.
It's really ewwing me out, I'd rather feel pain than ewwiness.
Hope it's fixable.

Deep-refried crumbled dried chili&cumin-fried rice and red lentil mash with salt&pepper on top

Boil rice & lentils

Fry cumin & chili

Add rice & lentils to cumin & chili oil

Mix, stir and fry and let cook until sticky

Turn off heat and let dry for hours or keep frying until dry

Add more and more oil

More oil and more heat

Fry until the sticky mash starts to disintegrate into individual rice grains coated in stick and crust

Fry some more until every surface looks deep-fried

Drain off some but not all excess oil

Season with salt & pepper

I gotta try this in pulled chicken tortillas with caramelized ginger and lemon peel tsakamole (guacamole with grated cucumber).

It worked ok with chickpeas too but lentils are much better.

I described something very simple in too many words.

I wonder how I can get my company to reimburse tuition for an engineering or science degree without knowing it. They've approved reimbursement for a philosophy degree but I cannot see how they'd approve something like aerospace engineering or other similar field of study. There may be a way accumulate the necessary electives and such that both degrees would share then switch at the last reasonably possible moment. This seems like it may require me to pay my own way for a final year or two. This may be well worth it, too. Paying for less than half of an engineering degree certainly seems like a good deal.

Eugh, do you ever just get to the point where you're all out of energy to procrastinate... But don't want to try to sleep (as you should be), as you don't want to be alone with your own thoughts - in silence - even for a minute?

Fuck me, I take it all back, I take it all back, I take it all back.

I've just spent my first day over with the ENTJ's - they're already after my blood - they are literally like the hounds of fucking hell.

I'm never leaving the disconnected herd of INTP's ever again.

I'm always closing myself off to opportunities/experiences or remaining willfully ignorant of them. There's an expansive, multi-faceted world out there that is brimming with unexplored potential and hidden gems yet i sometimes find myself wondering what there is to do apart pursuing passive intellectual interests from home. When the urge arises to do something in the outside world I'm often at a loss for ideas when I should be overwhelmed with the array of possibilities.

LOL so it isn't about the N, or the T. It's all about the J. Maybe externalized J? Like, this is what you should be doing. You bad person you. I've been thrown out of so many forums over the years. Yes it is always some J hellhound that is "on point" for doing me in. Usual expectation is they're SJ. But what if they're NJ and not actually very smart? Wonder how I'd tell the difference.

So, does, more dept equals more profit?

Most things are 'bought' (borrowed) on credit these days.
Take out more credit to expand the business, profits rise, but so does debt.
Perhaps women are more cautious of this.

I am such a fucking twat, I haven't got the words to express how much I hate myself. Fml and everything in it.

I'll be attending two funeral's over the coming month.
My closest auntys, and my surrogate mothers.

Guess who wasn't there for either of them.

I knew, I just knew that this was going to happen. I was supposed to be there. All last week and all this week. Like, I wasn't told this was going to happen, but the pronosis wasn't good.

But having just lost my aunt - I couldn't, I couldn't face her, and look at her knowing she was gonna leave me too. .

I've let my good friend down, who's supposed to be my sister.
I've failed on every count.

But this isn't about me, and now I've got to go and try and be there -I'm just so ashamed of myself, I can't bear to think what my 'sister' is going to think of me. Did my surrogate mother know? Did she know I loved her? I told her - two weeks ago, but I havn't been there - and actions speak louder than words. I'm such a cunt.

All I want to do is cry, but the tears aren't coming, they never come when they are supposed to. When I went to visit my surrogate family the other week my surrogate sister broke down crying on my shoulder. She wanted me to share her pain - but I couldn't even shed a tear, I willed myself so hard to try, to really feel the pain I know that I should be feeling. Instead I was just like some fucking robot. What fucking use is a robot in these fucking situations. Oh, I know the pain is there, somewhere. I just hope my close friend knows this, no matter what my retarded body demonstrates.

I'll have to head out soon.

My right ear has been clogged for over a week. This last happened several years ago, and it may have been allergy triggered. No amount of "poking, prodding, scraping, put stuff in" helped. After 2 weeks it simply cleared up on its own. I'm thinking I have some kind of fluid in my middle ear. I could try a hot compress but I've been too lazy.

It could be a buildup of earwax. I have this issue - it's quite common. It's caused by the shape and angle of the ear canal not allowing wax to just fall out. My ENT specialist used to clear it out with a hook-like instrument, which works wonders. By observing him a few times, I've learnt to do it myself to an acceptable standard.

A similar procedure is usually performed by GPs with a large syringe full of warm water to flush it out, but it does not work anywhere near as well, and often makes the issue worse.

There are drops you can use to loosen it, but they don't actually remove it.

Side note: Q-Tips should never be used to clean ears.

I could be wrong entirely, but it sounds like you are having the same issue. It's worth pursuing proper removal. The feeling afterwards is incredible.

This works great for me.

Also, last winter I got a cold that affected the inside of my ear. I dont remember any of the verbiage, but the sinus swelling affected an inside part of the ear, which was also swollen. No drops or anything helped. The cold just had to go away. Which it did.

The phrase "god works in mysterious ways" is such a dishonest, hypocritical and self-contradictory term. It means, as it were, that there are limits to what we humans can know about the cause of things. Meanwhile, the whole raison d'etre of religion is the removal of uncertainty, fitting narratives to *all* events and explaining why they happen. So the actual claim is not "I don't know why this happened", but "I know that this happened because some guy who is always right made it happen".

One thing religious people will never master is the art of living with uncertainty.

^ I'd say it's more paradoxical. The religious do live with uncertainty, they just frame the situation in different perspectives. It's more of a statement of value rather than a statement of empiricism.

The fallacy in the statement outlined is the conflation of emotional uncertainty with empirical uncertainty.
